Again I found this recipe online but changed. Enjoy.
2 heads of broccoli
7 cups of vegetable broth(you can use chicken or beef but vegetable gives the soup a lighter color)
1 pint of heavy cream
Start by pouring vegetable stock in a big soup pot with the broccoli cook broccoli until tender. Blend mixture in a blender(you may need to blend it in a few batches). Return to pot and add cream reduce heat and bring to a simmer.
