Vidalia Chop Wizard
A good product to have around the house is th Vidalia Chop Wizard. What it does is chops vegetables like tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, and onions. And fruits like apples and pears. A downside to this product is that you have to chop the fruit or vegetable into a smaller peice. So I give this product a 3.6/5.

Citrus Turkey
This recipe is from Giada de Laurentas (or however the heck you spell her name).
1 lemon
1 orange 2 oz. of poultry herbs(basil, oregano,and sage)(I think)
1 12 to 15 pound turkey
1 very small onion
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.(I learned this trick from Rachael Ray, if you want to cook your turkey faster turn your oven onto the highest temperature, than when you put your turkey in the oven turn the oven to 350)
Cut the orange, lemon, and onion into slices and stuff them in the cavity of the turkey with the herbs.Place your turkey (if desired) into a turkey bag, place on a baking pan and put in the oven for about 3 to 3 and a half hours.
For presentation purposes you can put the oranges and lemons you stuffed in the turkey around the turkey pladder.

1 cup of peanut butter
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 POUND of powdered sugar
In a BIG bowl, microwave butter and peanut butter covered for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave 2 more minutes. Add vanilla and sugar mix with a potato masher. Pour in an 8x8 glass dish and refridgerate overnight. Cut into 1 inch squares and serve.
NOTE: This dish is very sweet.

Ramsay review
I think the American Kitchen Nightmares is ok, but the show focuses more on the yelling and fighting, insead of the business part of the show.
A better show is the British version of Kitchen Nightmares. The show focuses more on the cooking and business portion of the show.
So American version 2/5
The British version 4/5
(5 being the highest)

Recently I made a fettuccine sauce, using 1 stick of butter, 1 half pint of heavy cream, 1 pinch oregano, basil, and parsley, salt and pepper to taste, a quarter cup of parmesan cheese, and a pound of scallops (fresh or frozen).
Melt butter. Lower temperature to medium-low, add cream, herbs, cheese, and salt and pepper.Bring to a simmer mixing out all lumps of cheese. Sauce should be thick. Fry scallops in butter while sauce is cooking.
Serve over pasta and scallops.
